One Account Policy
Each player is permitted only one account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and associated funds may be forfeited.
Access to and use of the 12merryph platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

Age Restriction: 12merryph strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
By registering an account on 12merryph, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility requirements set out above. 12merryph reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be ineligible.
To access the full range of services offered by 12merryph, you must register a player account. The following terms govern the registration and maintenance of your account:
- One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active account on the 12merryph platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.
- Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- Account Verification: 12merryph may require you to verify your identity by submitting government-issued identification documents, proof of address, or other documentation as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to complete verification may result in restrictions on your account.
- Password Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 12merryph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
- Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify 12merryph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your account. Contact our support team via live chat or email at [email protected].
Account Transfers: Player accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account credits, bonuses, or winnings to any other person.
12merryph supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
- Withdrawal Requests: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the platform. Standard processing time for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals is under 15 minutes during normal operating hours.
- Verification Requirement: Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification. 12merryph reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until satisfactory KYC documentation has been provided.
- Currency: All transactions on 12merryph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the player.

- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal without prior authorization from 12merryph constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
12merryph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms and conditions attached to individual promotions:
- Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. 12merryph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to exclude any player from any promotion.
- One Bonus Per Household: Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address, device, or payment method.
- Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
- Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from your account without compensation.
- Modification: 12merryph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
All games available on the 12merryph platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general gameplay terms apply across all games:
- Random Number Generators: All casino games on 12merryph use certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are not influenced by previous outcomes or by the size of bets placed.
- Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during gameplay, 12merryph reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the relevant stakes. Winnings generated as a result of a technical error are not valid and will not be paid out.
- Disconnection Policy: If you are disconnected during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game's rules. 12merryph is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
- Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. 12merryph reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 12merryph platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
- Fraud & Cheating: Any attempt to defraud 12merryph or other players, including through the use of software exploits, bots, scripts, or any other automated means to gain an unfair advantage.
- Money Laundering: Using the 12merryph platform to launder money or to conceal the proceeds of any criminal activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing cards, strategies, or game information in real time during live dealer games.
- Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one player account, whether under your own name or under a false identity, for any purpose including circumventing account restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses.
- Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access another player's account, the platform's administrative systems, or any restricted area of the 12merryph website without authorization.
- Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or verification, or impersonating any other person or entity.
- Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the 12merryph platform by any person under 21 years of age.
Zero Tolerance Policy: 12merryph operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, cheating, and money laundering. All suspicious activity is monitored and reported to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement agencies where required by law.
12merryph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. We recognize that while the vast majority of players enjoy gaming as a form of entertainment, a small number of individuals may develop problematic gambling behaviors. The following tools and policies are in place to support responsible gaming:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.

- Game content provided by third-party game providers is subject to those providers' respective intellectual property rights and terms of use.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 12merryph shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, system errors, or interruptions in service.
- Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
- Losses resulting from your reliance on information provided on the platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate or incomplete.
- Indirect or consequential losses of any kind, whether foreseeable or not, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
Service Availability: 12merryph does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
12merryph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a payment provider.
- Determination that the player is ineligible to use the platform under applicable law or these Terms.
- At the player's own request, including for responsible gaming purposes.
Upon termination of your account, any pending withdrawal requests for legitimately won funds will be processed in accordance with our standard procedures, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account termination.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable game or promotion-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and 12merryph with respect to your use of the platform.
- Amendments: 12merryph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. We will endeavor to notify registered players of material changes via email or on-platform notification.
